Job Description
Join the Ashley Family as a Customer Service Representative and deliver exceptional customer service, creating positive experiences for every customer. As a front-line ambassador, you will represent Ashley's brand image and support store operations.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
- Maintain reliable attendance
