The Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients, and serving beer and other beverages.
Requirements
- Greet customers and take food order; provide information about products and look for opportunity to ‘up-sell’ products
- Follow recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages
- Collect payments and operate cash registers for drinks and/or food served following company established cash handling policies and procedures for all transactions
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deal with intoxicated guests
- Follow all HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
- Ensure a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
