Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients, serving beer and beverages, and completing transactions. The position involves providing high-quality service to customers and associates, following recipes, operating cash registers, and ensuring a clean and well-stocked bar. The position is non-exempt and reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Requirements

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
• Requires at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
• Requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their preparation and presentation
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Requires the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
