Requirements

• Greet customers and take food order
• Follow recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages
• Collect payments and operate cash registers for drinks and/or food served
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
• Follow all HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
• Ensure a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
