Crew Member

The Crew Member is responsible for various duties in a fast food establishment, including cleaning, food preparation, inventory management, and customer service. They must follow HMSHost procedures and provide excellent customer service. This is a non-exempt position.

Requirements

• Cleans and stocks customer eating area(s), workstations, and equipment
• Greets customers with a smile and follows HMSHost procedures
• Maintains product and service knowledge
• Transfers supplies by hand or cart
• Assists with kitchen-related functions
• Receives inventory and lifts food/beverage products
