Server

The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving food and beverages, coordinating with the kitchen, and providing high-quality customer service. This is a non-exempt position that reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager.

• Takes food and beverage orders
• Delivers orders and checks back for guest satisfaction
• Maintains table appearance
• Presents check for payment and provides change
• Follows HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies
