We are looking for a Headhunter/Talent Sourcing Partner to play a key role in the long-term growth of our Agent teams. This is a 100% strategic and proactive role focused on continuous headhunting, pipeline development, positioning Dulcedo as an employer of choice, and fine understanding of the agency, talent, and creative market ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or executive search
- A hunter mindset: top talents don't apply, they get seduced
- Proven experience in building pipelines before job openings
- Strong ease with mid-to-senior profiles and strategic conversations with high value
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter (boolean, advanced outbound, follow-ups)
- Experience with ATS and clear understanding of the importance of clean pipelines
- Professional mastery of English is required, and bilingualism in English and French is considered a significant asset
- Strong interest in creative industries, entertainment, and talent management
