Business Development and Partnerships Lead, LATAM

As a Business Development and Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for managing existing partnerships and pipeline in LATAM, sourcing and developing new opportunities, and building data-driven business cases to establish strategic partnerships that drive user growth, brand awareness, and monetization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business development experience
• Experience working in consulting, banking, or business development
• Experience conceiving, developing, and implementing partnerships
• Deep cultural context and immersion in the regional landscape
• Critical thinking skills and structured thought processes
• Proficient in Spanish with excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Ability to travel internationally frequently
