Corporate Counsel (Marketing)

Duolingo is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Marketing) to be a legal partner to their Marketing team, advising on marketing and advertising initiatives while ensuring compliance and creative boldness.

Requirements

• J.D. (or international equivalent) and active bar membership in good standing.
• 4-8+ years of relevant legal experience, including familiarity with multiple relevant areas of law.
• Strong contract drafting/negotiation skills across talent/influencer, production, licensing, and vendor agreements.
• Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.
