Head of Duolingo Academy (Leadership Development)

Duolingo is seeking a Head of Duolingo Academy to design and deliver leadership development programs for its leaders, with an initial emphasis on managers of managers. The role requires extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs, as well as a strong grasp of adult learning and program design principles.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and delivering leadership development or capability-building programs
• Background as a successful leader and operator in Engineering, Product or Design, or leadership coaching and development
• Demonstrated ability to assess leadership needs and translate them into practical and sticky learning experiences
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
