Patient Care Coordinator

The DuPont Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join its Care Coordination team. The role involves speaking with and scheduling patients seeking reproductive health care, connecting them with relevant financial and logistical support, and facilitating seamless care transitions. The Patient Care Coordinator will report to the Managers of Care Coordination and work in a hybrid-remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong dedication to reproductive health and all-trimester abortion care
• Ability to commute to all-staff meetings/trainings
• Excellent phone customer service skills
• Prior experience in healthcare
• Vaccinated for Covid-19
