Join Dura Vermeer Bouw Zuidwest as a construction site manager and oversee large-scale construction projects from start to finish. As a construction site manager, you will be the point of contact and connecting factor between the client, contractors, subcontractors, and all relevant disciplines. You will coordinate daily operations, monitor progress, quality, safety, and budget, and lead your team in a coaching manner.

Requirements

• Around 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
• Reisbereidheid within our work area in Zuid West Netherlands
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Good communication skills, accurate and analytically strong
• Transparent and open communication with various stakeholders
