DXC Technology is seeking Middle Java Backend Developers to work on MIS and Regulatory Reporting solutions, supporting statutory reporting and compliance requirements for banking authorities. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain MIS and Regulatory Reporting applications, collaborate with business and compliance teams, and provide system support and enhancements as needed.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java backend development
- In-depth expertise in complex SQL, especially Oracle SQL
- Experience handling large data volumes and reporting logic
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial IT systems
- Experience with banking MIS systems or SBV regulatory reporting is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of banking data structures and financial reporting flows
- Good analytical and data handling skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in enterprise scale and regulated environments
- Good problem solving and analytical thinking
- Experience working in global delivery or outsourcing models is an advantage
