DXC Technology is seeking Senior Java Backend Developers to work on MIS and Regulatory Reporting solutions, supporting statutory reporting and compliance requirements for banking authorities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java backend development, in-depth expertise in complex SQL, and experience handling large data volumes and reporting logic.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java backend development
- In-depth expertise in complex SQL, especially Oracle SQL
- Experience handling large data volumes and reporting logic
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial IT systems
- Experience with banking MIS systems or SBV regulatory reporting is a strong advantage
- Take ownership of complex reporting logic and critical regulatory deliverables
- Good understanding of banking data structures and financial reporting flows
- Good analytical and data handling skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in enterprise scale and regulated environments
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience working in global delivery or outsourcing models is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written), Korean is plus
