Job Description: ServiceNow Technical Consultant, lead the design and technical implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, configure and customize ServiceNow applications, develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end HRSD implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Integration Hub.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP Integrations, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
- Experience with other ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, or CSM)
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
