Job Description
Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules, design and develop custom HR applications, and implement automated HR service delivery workflows. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules
- Design and develop custom HR applications and workflows
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems
- Implement and optimize automated HR service delivery workflows
- Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and scheduled jobs
- Support data migration, onboarding/offboarding automation, and employee self-service portal enhancements
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy regulations
- Participate in ServiceNow HRSD platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve HRSD platform issues
