Facilities Maintenance and Groundskeeper

The Facilities Maintenance & Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and appearance of the organization’s buildings and surrounding grounds.

Requirements

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Conduct general maintenance and repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work
• Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and maintaining landscaping
• Remove debris, litter, and snow/ice from walkways, parking areas, and entrances
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles used for facility and grounds maintenance
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials
• Assist with setup and teardown of equipment or spaces for events or operational needs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
• Support emergency repairs and be available for after-hours or on-call work
