Job Description
Dynamic Aviation is seeking an experienced and strategic General Counsel to lead the company’s legal, compliance, and contracts functions across domestic and international operations, with significant exposure to U.S. Government contracting and regulated programs.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar (or ability to obtain)
- 10–15 years of progressive legal experience (to include US and international), including 5+ years in a senior in-house counsel role
- Demonstrated experience supporting government contractors or highly regulated environments
- Strong working knowledge of government contracts law, compliance frameworks, and regulatory risk
- Proven expertise in corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance legal risk with operational and commercial objectives
