Dynamic Aviation is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR support and direction to a designated organizational unit, guiding decision-making processes and positively impacting the results of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline
- 2-5 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Experience in partnering with and advising business leadership
- High degree of professional ethics, sense of fairness, and the ability to work with individuals at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an office setting handling sensitive and confidential information
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to utilize MS Office Products and HRIS (Dayforce preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment meeting tight deadlines
