Program Manager

Dynamic Aviation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented early-career professional to support project and program managers in managing timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or Aviation Management or comparable industry experience.
• Knowledge of project phases and familiarity with supporting tasks in both Agile and traditional settings.
• Understanding of task tracking and timeline updates using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience preparing notes, meeting summaries, and basic reports.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel as required, less than 10%
• Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer and telephone, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to obtain Security clearance
• Ability to produce work authorization documentation
