Trade Compliance Manager

Dynamic Aviation is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to coordinate import/export transactions, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in export licensing of ITAR and EAR controlled articles and technology.

Requirements

• Serve as primary interface with US Customs, DDTC, and BIS
• Prepare and process import/export documentation
• Maintain physical and digital records
• Work with Program Managers, Pilots, and Logistics
• Monitor changes in import/export laws or regulations
• Advise internal customers on import/export restrictions
• Maintain inventory and space for Secured ITAR closet
• Confer with officials in various agencies to facilitate clearance of goods
• Provide advice on transportation options and review commercial invoice documentation
• Complete application paperwork for export and import licenses
• Maintain and update company Export Compliance Manual
• Perform regular, quarterly, internal export compliance audits
• Perform export compliance training for company personnel
• Work and meet with members of other departments to ensure proper trade compliance
• Maintains AES system accesses and trains company personnel
• Obtain and maintain Empowered Official designation
• Completes Annual Renewal of DDTC Registration
• Maintains SNAP-R and CARM logins and communications
• Complete End User Export Screenings for Sales
• Obtains and Maintains POAs for logistics personnel and trade compliance staff
• Maintain and add to ERP system regarding updates and changes
