Job Description
The CAD Designer is responsible for the AutoCAD drafting of land development plan sets for various types of retail, commercial, industrial, and residential site projects. Responsibilities include preparing preliminary layouts, detailed design drawings, and site plan renderings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter curriculum
- 0-3 years' experience using latest AutoCAD Software
- Knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus
- Land Development Design experience is a plus
