Job Description
The CAD Designer is responsible for the AutoCAD drafting of land development plan sets for various types of retail, commercial, industrial, and residential site projects. They will work closely with engineers, designers, and other drafters to ensure coordination of design efforts.
Requirements
- Plan and prepare preliminary layouts and detailed design drawings
- Draft Land Development Plans, Zoning Plans, Concept Plans, and Construction Documents
- Work closely with Engineers, Designers, and other Drafters
- Utilize 3rd party applications like AutoTURN and AGI32
- Complete earthwork analysis (cut/fill takeoffs)
