CAD Designer - Dynamic Engineering

The CAD Designer is responsible for the AutoCAD drafting of land development plans for various retail, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The role involves working closely with engineers, designers, and other drafters to ensure coordination of design efforts and completing drawing/project responsibilities within scope, budget, and schedule.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter curriculum
• 0-3 years' experience using latest AutoCAD Software
• Land Development Design experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with respect to projects, CAD standards, and deadlines
• Willingness to assume increased responsibilities
• Ability to work as a team player and interact well with others
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
