Job Description
The CAD Designer is responsible for drafting land development plans and design drawings using AutoCAD. The role involves working closely with engineers, designers, and other drafters to ensure coordination and completion of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter curriculum
- 0-3 years' experience using latest AutoCAD Software
- Land Development Design experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
