The Tools Administrator will support the Agency’s shared enterprise environment by managing and optimizing critical cross-cloud platforms that enable monitoring, collaboration, and secure service delivery.
Requirements
- Administer and support shared enterprise tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Jira, and Confluence across cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Maintain tool performance, integrations, user access, and dashboards
- Support continuous improvements in observability, collaboration, and secure operations
- Manage dashboards, alerts, and reporting across observability and collaboration tools
- Configure, maintain, and audit RBAC and SSO integrations
- Maintain and optimize tool-to-tool and cloud service integrations
- Support ingestion pipelines, data flows, and index/storage optimization
- Ensure tool reliability, stability, and alignment with governance requirements
- Provide customer-focused support and clear communication with stakeholders
