As Syndic Lawyer, you will create and review complex security agreements, process credit commitments, and negotiate security agreements with borrowers and third-party providers. You will analyze regulations and advise the group on legal issues.

Requirements

• Successful study of law (second state law examination)
• Long-term professional experience in the law department of a bank, law firm or consulting firm
• Funded expertise in credit security law, insolvency law and company law
• Proficient in German and English in speech and writing
• Strong customer orientation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
