We are seeking a Senior Lawyer / Syndic Counsel to advise on legal issues related to banking business, payment transactions, and credit card business. You will design contracts, accompany contract negotiations, and accompany national and European legislative initiatives. You will also be part of a professional team at technological innovations of mobile or alternative payment methods.

Requirements

• Both legal state examinations with outstanding success completed
• Professional experience as a lawyer with a focus on banking law
• Expertise in payment transactions and credit card business
• Very good German and negotiating-safe English in word and writing
