Quality Manager - Transit & Infrastructure

The E-J Group is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality management for complex transit and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans and ensure compliance with contractual specifications, regulatory standards, and E-J's internal quality procedures.

Requirements

• Current certifications in Quality Management from the American Society of Quality (ASQ) or a certified ISO-9001 Lead auditor preferred
• Minimum of 3 to 8 years of quality management experience on heavy civil, transit, rail, or electrical infrastructure projects
• Experience with NYCT, MTA, Amtrak, or similar public agency quality programs preferred
• Strong knowledge of inspection protocols, material testing, and construction quality systems
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001-compliant quality management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management/document control software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and executive leadership
