Safety Director, New York City

E-J is seeking a Safety Director to promote a proactive safety culture across all divisions, developing and implementing company-wide safety policies and programs, and leading the safety team to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Requirements

• Direct and oversee the continuous development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and training programs
• Conduct and oversee thorough accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, ensuring detailed documentation and corrective action plans
• Develop and review Safety Work Plans (SWPs) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) across all projects
• Track, analyze, and report companywide safety metrics to executive leadership
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and reduce incidents
