e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Media Manager to develop and execute impactful paid media strategies across e.l.f. Beauty and retail channels. The role will partner with agency and internal teams to drive brand visibility, performance, and a seamless consumer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of paid media experience, with agency background required
- Proven experience across Affiliate, Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, and Display channels
- Experience working with retail media partners such as Amazon Ads, Criteo, Roundel, Walmart Connect, and similar platforms
- Hands-on planning and execution experience across major platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit, OOH, and TV
- Strong digital media background including SEM, Social Commerce (TikTok Shop, Affiliate), and Retail Media advertising
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable business insights
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong creative judgment with attention to brand consistency and campaign quality
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Self-starter mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong presentation skills and comfort sharing performance insights with large and cross-functional audiences
- Highly collaborative team player who contributes to shared learning and continuous improvement
- Innovative, forward-thinking approach with a passion for testing new ideas and driving growth
