Job Description
Macmillan is seeking a Manager, Retail Media Advertising to join the Performance Marketing & Audience Development team. The role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of backlist focused retail media campaigns with a primary focus on Amazon advertising platforms. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with data fluency and thrives on translating insights into high-performing retail media campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital retail media advertising
- Proven success in campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Strong command of Amazon’s retail media ecosystem and advertising products
- Familiarity with AI-powered advertising tools and automation features
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
