The People Success Manager – EMEA will align global strategy with local execution, ensuring employees across the region have the skills, opportunities, and support needed to thrive.
Requirements
- Own and develop adoption of e.l.f.U across teams.
- Identify skills gaps and collaborate to develop tailored training programmes, and career development plans.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to support career progression.
- Manage internship and early-career programs to strengthen regional talent pipelines.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes.
- Educate, facilitate and embed the high performing team framework amongst all employees and teams.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Champion high performance teamwork, company values, the one team, one dream mindset, and embed them across all teams.
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring the workplace is collaborative, respectful, and inspiring.
- Monitor and measure cultural health through feedback, surveys, and engagement tools.
