Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager with at least 5 years’ experience to join E.ON Next on a 12-month fixed-term contract in a hybrid London based role. You will be embedded across 2–3 product squads, partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and QAs to ensure complex digital products and services are delivered on time, in scope and to the highest quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or Senior Scrum Master in a digital product environment
- Proven track record delivering complex, high-risk products and services across multiple squads
- Deep knowledge of agile and lean practices, with the ability to tailor approaches to suit different teams and contexts
- Strong experience managing risks, dependencies and blockers, including where ownership is unclear
- Experience using flow metrics to optimise delivery and drive continuous improvement
- Strong proficiency with Jira and Asana
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence across all levels
- Hands-on, embedded approach with a bias for action and problem-solving
