Senior Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead high-performing agile teams and deliver complex digital transformation programs for public sector clients. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing delivery progress, and ensuring quality and performance standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading the successful delivery of complex digital or software development projects using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in user-centred design and DevOps environments
• Strong delivery assurance, risk management, and progress tracking capabilities
• A solid technical understanding to work confidently with technical leads in identifying and managing requirements, dependencies, and issues
• Demonstrable commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, contracts, and Statements of Work in a consultancy or client-facing setting
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering measurable value
