Requirements

• Proven experience leading the successful delivery of complex digital or software development projects using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in user-centred design and DevOps environments
• Strong delivery assurance, risk management, and progress tracking capabilities
• Solid technical understanding to work confidently with technical leads in identifying and managing requirements, dependencies, and issues
• Demonstrable commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, contracts, and Statements of Work in a consultancy or client-facing setting
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach
