We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Regensburg, Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy industry, strong argumentation skills, and a good understanding of CRM systems and SAP. Fluency in German is required.

- Experience in the energy industry (ideally)
- Broad knowledge of network economic processes
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training with a recognized additional qualification or a Bachelor's degree
- Fluent German skills
