We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Netzbereich team in Essen. The successful candidate will be part of the technical complaint reception team and participate in the hotline service. The role involves taking external events, processing data, and providing information to customers.

Requirements

• Degree in a recognized technical training occupation (electro- and/or gas technology) or equivalent experience
• Experience in the operation and construction of public supply networks
• Safe handling of IT applications, especially MS-Office, EAM and InnoGIS
• Ability to recognize and support others in stressful situations
• Active listening and approachable demeanor
