We are looking for a technical support specialist to join our team at Bayernwerk Netz GmbH. As a regional supply network operator, we ensure energy supply with future-oriented energy networks and solutions. The successful candidate will take care of inquiries in the technical area from our household customers and support the introduction of new software.

Requirements

• Completed training in technical or commercial field
• Electro-technical vocational training preferred
• Interest in Bayernwerk and supply network topology
• Ability to take customer perspective and develop efficient solutions
• Sense of people and sensitivity to work safety and health
