Project Coordinator

E2 is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Pasadena to support one of the largest electric utility clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining/updating project schedules, attending meetings with managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating and updating project schedules
• 5+ years working in consulting engineering firm or equivalent experience in similar role
• Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
• Highly organized, strong communicator and self-starter
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
