Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant position responsible for managing billing, supporting monthly close activities, overseeing tax and compliance filings, and maintaining key accounting schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in accounting and human resource operations or related administrative support roles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, document-sharing platforms (Dropbox, etc.), and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, GoToMeeting)
