Remote Support Technician

E80 Group is a multinational company seeking Remote Support Technicians to join their Technical Customer Service department. The role involves providing first-level assistance on E80 Group products, working on rotations between home working and Viano headquarters.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in similar roles or in the industrial automation sector.
• Professional or technical diploma in mechatronics, electronics or electrical engineering.
• Excellent mastery of the English language.
• High multitasking, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
• Distinctive relational skills, reinforced by an effective dialectical ability, and a team-working attitude.
• Ability to manage priorities.
• Good computer knowledge and networking skills.
• Knowledge of electromechanics and ability to read electrical schematics.
