Job Description
Join Our Team as a Case Manager (CTCM) to support diverse populations and make a real difference in their lives. The Community Re-entry Assistance Network Brooklyn/ Staten Island (CRAN) program provides comprehensive screening, treatment planning, case management, and court reporting for eligible substance abusing and/or mentally ill clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology, Psychology, Criminal Justice or behavioral science
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work cooperatively with treatment and criminal justice systems
- Proficiency in computer applications or other automated systems
