Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Early Childhood, or a related discipline (and eligibility for relevant professional membership)
- Demonstrated experience delivering early childhood intervention in everyday routines and natural environments
- Strong knowledge of child development, developmental delay/disability, and evidence-informed early childhood intervention approaches
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, or facilitate reflective practice for practitioners
- Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal collaboration with families and stakeholders
- Effective problemâsolving, negotiation, and conflictâresolution skills to navigate complex practice situations
- Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive practice, supporting families from diverse backgrounds
- Current driverâs licence and all required safety screenings/registrations
