Job Description
Each is looking for an experienced Early Years Specialist to join their team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. The successful candidate will deliver supports to families, empower them to build skills and confidence, and connect children and families with their community. The role involves using evidence-informed best practice and coaching skills to support children and families with developmental delays/disabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/Education
- Expert knowledge in child development and early intervention
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles
- Ability to identify developmental issues
- Proven track record building relationships and supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities
