Business Manager

BYD Essendon are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support sales, deliver finance and insurance solutions, and ensure a great customer experience. This role involves presenting and selling finance and insurance products, supporting the sales team, and managing deal flow and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Manager or in automotive finance and insurance
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach
• Excellent understanding of compliance and lending requirements
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
