Service Receptionist

Osborne Park Ford are looking for a Service Receptionist to join their service department front-of-house team. The role involves greeting service guests, creating repair orders, answering calls, and managing service enquiries, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service, ideally in automotive or service environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy front-of-house setting
• Professional, approachable, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
