We are seeking a Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team at BYD Cannington. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the customer experience, presenting suitable options, and providing clear advice throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features and technology
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Provide guidance on finance packages, warranties, and add-on options
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
- Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
