Job Description
We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a GC Estimator. The role involves preparing accurate estimates for multiple design-build projects by gathering data and analyzing key variables. The successful candidate will have a construction background and excellent communication, numerical, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Available to work Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime
- Understanding of building systems such as mechanical, electrical, structure, and exterior envelope
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Attentive to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta
