Project Manager

An exciting opportunity awaits! We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the Eagle Builders’ quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available Monday–Friday with flexibility for occasional Saturdays
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 50 hours per week, with flexibility for project demands
• 5+ years of progressive experience in the building construction industry, preferably multi‐story residential and/or commercial projects
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural systems, and exterior envelopes
• Working knowledge of precast concrete construction
• Proven ability to interpret shop drawings, engineering documents, and generate accurate take‐offs
• Hands‐on project execution experience with a clear understanding of construction sequencing and trade scopes
• Demonstrated ability to monitor schedules, track progress, and identify deviations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to quickly adopt new software and systems
